Shared Student Houses

The college has 3 residential properties for students. 2 properties are located within the college grounds, 1 property is within a short walking distance of the college. All properties are within a short walking distance from supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, a multi- screen cinema, public library and other general amenities.

The properties are centrally heated, two with full double glazing. All rent includes electricity, gas, central heating and hot water. All rooms are fully equipped with furniture, kitchen equipment, bedding and towels. Regular inspections to check standards of hygiene etc. will be made and prior notice given to tenants. All students are expected to clean and tidy their own accomodation. Please note over night guests are not permitted within student houses. The shared student houses are an all female environment. A list of local bed and breakfasts or hotels can be advised for visiting family or friends.
